As I step into my role as President of the Nepal Society of Nephrology, I am committed to advancing our mission over the coming tenure. We will actively promote academic excellence through conferences and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, providing valuable learning opportunities for all members. Our primary focus will be on preventive nephrology, emphasizing the importance of early detection and intervention in kidney health. We will encourage our members to pursue interventional nephrology, an area where we currently need to improve. Additionally, we will address the current challenges faced by our community, ensuring that your voices are heard and concerns resolved.
